Mikel Arteta
Arsenal travel to the Stadium of Light full of confidence after wins in all three opening fixtures, sitting top of the early table. The one uncertainty in Mikel Arteta's side is at centre-back: Cristhian Mosquera, who started the first two gameweeks alongside Gabriel Magalhães, has missed out since with a muscle problem, and Arteta gave a fresh update on the injury this week. With Mosquera still not right, Ezri Konsa — who started the win over Chelsea in his first appearance since his summer move from Aston Villa — is expected to continue in the back four. William Saliba and Jurrien Timber remain unused all season and aren't factors either way.
