Matthias Jaissle
Newcastle return to St James' Park to host Hull off the back of a chastening 4-1 defeat at Leeds, in which three first-half goals — including an early Miley own goal — put the game beyond them by half-time, before Touré's stoppage-time goal offered mild consolation. Matthias Jaissle makes two changes from that defeat, bringing Joe Willock back into the number 10 role in place of Fernandez-Pardo, who made his first start at Leeds, and Steur into the double pivot after González was withdrawn under concussion protocols, with Elanga still unavailable.
