Alonso says João Pedro, Palmer, James, Caicedo and Palestra are all ready for Bournemouth. Pedro returns up front, Caicedo comes back from his calf injury to partner Lavia in the middle of the park, and Chavarría plays at left wing-back. Gittens (ankle) is out for a few weeks.
